2009 Charter Submissions

To submit your charter application, please submit the following information.

For templates for the chapter documents, check the "Attachments" section for links at the bottom of this page.

DEADLINE: March 6th, 2009, 5pm
The Credentials Committee will meet in Richmond on March 7th to go over the applications.
