Senator Deeds has been all over the state in his quest for the Governor's mansion. Today, the Senator was touring schools in Harrisonburg and Winchester. As Governor, he will institute the Virginia Forward scholarship to assist students with tuition who commit two years of public service to the Commonwealth. The information is below.
