2010 Charter Submissions

To submit your charter application, please submit the following information.

For templates for the chapter documents, check the "Attachments" section for links at the bottom of this page.

The Credentials Committee will meet on April 3rd to go over on-time charter applications and to apportion convention votes to each chapter. You may still use this online form to submit your charter for late approval, but charters must be in by 9:00 PM on April 15th.
